Professional Development and Mentoring

These sessions can be run with a group or individually. Our mentoring is flexible and tailored to you, your team, and your community’s strengths and challenges.

We customise sessions using a variety of resources, tools, knowledge, and stories so you can progress towards your desired outcomes. We can also work with you to map out desired outcomes if you are unsure about these at the start. Throughout this interactive process, we explore a variety of practice frameworks and strategies and complete activities to help you become more inclusive and more deeply connected with the wider community. Participants will develop a more welcoming, culturally appropriate, and elevated leadership style.

Introduction to Social Inclusion in the Workplace

  • One hour consultation with your business’ leadership team
  • Delivered by people with lived experience of disability and inclusion to discover and understand objectives, goals, and existing experience
  • Social Inclusion in Workplace Tool to measure culture and gaps against values, roles, current actions, and mindsets
  • Creation of a Valued Roles and Opportunities List
  • Optional add on: 3 hour interactive ‘Social Inclusion in the Workplace’ workshop
