A Connector and Resource Guide from Towards Better can work with you to:

• Create a role description of ‘who’ you are looking for
• Advertise in a variety of places
• Network and connect with people who have the right experience, capabilities, mindsets, qualifications, and personal qualities
• Carefully plan logistics and host an initial meeting with this person to ensure they understand your vision and preferences
• Train and support this new person, if hired, to ensure they understand their role and their role in your life
