  • Visit you in your home as well as learn from other important people in your life
  • Map local community life and opportunities
 

Understanding potential careers and work roles:

  • Brainstorm potential career pathways
  • Identify possible settings, environments, and combinations of tasks that align with who you are
  • Create various ways to pitch yourself to possible employers and maximise chances of success
  • Support to network and build relationships with local businesspeople and to trial different roles or careers
 

Job Development and Career Support:

  • Support you and your potential employer to customise work tasks to suit you and are also beneficial to your employer
  • Identify opportunities for relationship building and skills development in the workplace
  • Ongoing monitoring and planning to ensure you and your career and relationships continue to grow
 

MicroEnterprise & Self Employment 

Designed  to help you discover your skills, talents passions, and resources, craft ideas that will utilise those to their full potential, to design your business model and to develop new connections to local people and resources that could assist your future enterprise. For those who are interested in MicroEntrepreneurship or who have already started and want support to keep it going.

  • Sessions to learn new skills and develop your business (In person or online/virtual)
  • Relationship building, connection, and networking opportunities
  • 1:1 Mentoring and Personal Enterprise Assistance with an Enterprise Consultant
  • Opportunity to develop your own advisory board of people you already know or might be connected to
